Architecture has played a role in the public representation of EU institutions. By looking at the history of EU Council family pictures - portraits taken in every summit with all the heads of state, this text traces the architectural evolution in parallel to the power narratives of the European project. The displacement from palaces and national monuments to multimedia broadcasting sets goes hand in hand with the growth and transformation of the EU from a community of countries to the largest supranational union in the world.

Transitando desde las discotecas para niños, con sesiones matinales, a las discotecas punk, donde se arrojaban animales muertos, se descubren los espacios que albergaron las expresiones públicas de tranformación social durante los años de la transición política y la eclosión del diseño barcelonés después.

This project explores the relationship between experiential space, discourse and language in architecture. Departing from the analysis of the canonical text by Peter Eisenman "The End of the Classical: the End of the Beginning, the End of the End" the project translates its formal structure into a multisensory experience. Light, sound, temperature and humidity are regulated following a time-based score to create a sensible medium that recalls social spaces, cultural expresions and bodies that are often at the margin of architectural discourse.

Este proyecto explora la relación entre el espacio experiencial, el discurso y el lenguaje en arquitectura. Partiendo del análisis del texto canónico del arquitecto Peter Eisenman "El Fin de lo Clásico: el Fin del Comienzo, el Fin del Fin." el proyecto traduce su estructura formal en una experiencia multisensorial. Luz, sonido, temperatura y humedad son regulados a partir de una partitura temporal para crear un medio sensible que remite a espacios sociales, expresiones culturales y cuerpos al margen del discurso arquitectónico.
